Check-in: hand-over of the room or apartment keys from 3pm.
Check-out: return of the key within 10am.
It is still possible to check-in, if you arrive before 3 pm, and use all the facilities: bar, restaurant, swimming pool and sun terrace.
During check-in it is necessary to show a valid ID or Passport of all Guests, children of all ages included.

It is possible to book on site a day-use room (more then 6 hours) or ask for a late check-out (within 6 hours). Service subject to availability and at an additional cost.

By buying the “Prestige” package you can pamper yourself with some nice services:
The offer costs € 30,00 per room and night and includes:

e. First drink supply for minibar:
– x4 water (still and sparkling) 0,5L – x3 cans 33 ml (cola, lemonade or orange drink)

– A 30% deposit of the whole amount is requested when confirming the reservation.
– Final payment when checking in.

– Up to 16 days before your scheduled arrival date: no penalty.
– From 15 to 11 days prior to your scheduled arrival date: 30% fee of your total amount.
– From 10 to 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date: 50% fee of your total amount.
– From 3 days up to the arrival date: 100% fee of your total amount.
– No show or early check-out: 100% fee of your total amount.

Requests made during the booking phase relating to preferences or particular needs (e.g. room with swimming pool view) are only subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Infant: 0/1 year of age.
– For free if the baby sleeps in your own cot or in the bed with the parents.
– Cot: free of charge if booked when confirming the reservation (except for different agreements and prices arranged with the T.O.).

If you would like to go on a one-day trip, you have the opportunityto take with you a packed lunch, that will replace the meal at the restaurant. The take-away lunch needs to be ordered at the reception the day before within 6.30pm.
The packed lunch is also available as extra meal at the price of €15.00 per person.

At the reception you can rent beach towels at an additional cost.
A deposit is needed and will be refunded when returning the towels.
Deposit: €20.00 (per item).
Rent: €2.50 (per day and per towel with change included).

Wi-Fi is for free and available in the rooms and common areas: reception, TV room and restaurant.

Two car parks with limited capacity belong to the hotel: one is inside the Hotel and the other is located on the opposite side of the street.

In your room you will find information and costs of the laundry and ironing service (external providers for dry cleaning service).

Only a limited number of pets is allowed in our Club Hotel and a request during reservation is needed.
Allowed pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, and small birds. They must weigh max. 10kg. The price is €20.00 per day per animal.
Transport box or a leash are mandatory. Animals cannot access the beach, sport courts, playground, bar, restaurant, and private beach property.
According to our regional law, all animals do not have access to the beach, except for dedicated dog beaches, from 8am to 8pm.

Extra dinner or lunch can be booked on site and include ½ L still, or sparkling water served in bottles, ¼ L white and red house wine.
Extra meals are mandatory for all the guests of the room and must be booked at the reception. An exception is possible only when authorized by the Hotel Manager.

It is necessary, when booking, to report food allergies or intolerances of any kind.
The Resort does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking, therefore we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination for unpackaged products.

During the check-in and only by cash, the municipality of Orosei requires the payment of a tourist tax which amounts to €1.20 per person per night. Exemptions are available according to municipal laws. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town of Orosei.
