Maria Rosaria is famous for friendliness and professionalism of its staff and for the availability of a wide range of extra services:

 

Car park: parking lots are inside the hotel area but have to be considered “unattended”.

 

Transfer from/to Olbia:
– Airport or port of Olbia: €55,00 per person each way (1-8 ppl).
– Children from 0 to 3 years old: €27,00 per child each way.
– Child car seat: free upon request.
– Minimum cost: 2 adult fees.
– Additional charge for night service (from 9pm to 5am) €100.00 each way.
– All rates are inclusive of VAT and must be paid on site.
– In case of no-show the cost will be charged entirely.
Transfer must be confirmed 10 days before your arrival date. You also must communicate from which port/airport you start your journey and the time of your departure/arrival.

 

Wi-Fi Internet: Service available, free of charge.

 

Booked newspapers: Every day you can book a newspaper at the reception. No additional charges will be debited a part from the cost of the booked newspaper.

 

Medical service: Basic medical paying-service upon appointment.

 

Disabled: Maria Rosaria Hotel has been totally restored in order to mitigate present obstacles, being the structure more than 30 years old.

We recommend you to signal us at the moment of the booking all possible problems and particular needs in order to ensure we will assign you the most suitable room (for example a wider room or one near the elevator).

 

Maria Rosaria’s pets policies: the choice not to accept animals is aimed at protecting the peace of all guests. Nevertheless we can always make some exceptions depending on species, sizes and roles, as for instance a guide dog for blinds, practices animals with verifiable certificate or very small pets usually living inside.

 

Vehicles rental: you can rent for you and your family bicycles, scooters, cars and even rubber boats for one or several days depending on your exigencies. All hired vehicles are available directly in the hotel. The service is done by an external agreed supplier upon reservation.

 

Other services: you can also ask for laundry or ironing service, baby sitting, day use Rooms, free cot upon reservation, guided diving, basic and advanced diving courses, hiring of diving equipment, excursions.
